How to choose
If you want a serious game, start with chess, shogi or backgammon, where each move matters. If you want something lighter for a group, ludo, snakes and ladders and other dice games leave more to luck, so anyone can win.
Many of these games offer a computer opponent, a friend on the same device, or both. Chess puzzles are a good choice when you only have a few minutes, because you do not need to finish a whole match.
First on this page: TRZ Battleship, Master Chess Multiplayer and Master Checkers Multiplayer. The order follows how widely each game is played on our partners' networks.
